Christchurch Earthquake

This is my Questions and answers sheet about the Christchurch Earthquake, it is part of my current affairs learning. We do Current Affairs learning because it is important to learn about things that are happening in and around the world.
If I was in the Christchurch Earthquake I would be really scared and worried because I would worry there might be another quake.

Teacher comment

Isabella, I hope you are proud of the dress you created, I think it is fabulous! You have worked hard on the process around clothing design and construction, and are easily able to discuss the steps designers go through. The construction of your dress has meant you have had to work with several experts, and so you have learnt a raft of new skills from each of these people. You have had to persist through the tricky parts of this process, and keep the end goal in mind, I hope that your end product is how you imagined it would be!

Half way through

This what I have done in the progress of my dress so far. There is still lots of pins in places. Helen was the person that helped me sew and overlock it. The overlocking was awesome. The hardest part was sewing it all together.
